The class forum stays up for six months to a year depending on the length of the class. Your assignments are emailed to you and we recommend saving the assignments on your computer or cloud drive for future reference.

Be very, very sure that you want to do the class, and can afford it. Unlike, say, insurance policies (in my country anyway) there is no "cooling off" period where you can change your mind. Once you've signed up and paid there appears to be no way to back out. The support team don't respond to my questions. Nor have I had any response to emails to Cheryl or Hal. Very disappointed with this aspect of their operation.
Their screenwriting education, of course, is pretty much faultless, as far as I can tell.
Your access to this program is definitely is designed awful. No wonder people are confused. U better get your act together.
I've registered and paid for several classes. I had to wait until I was done working to take these classes and now I can't access them. If there was a legend that said you only had access to this class for a certain period of time, prior to signing up I would have heeded it.

I also registered for a class and have received no login credentials and no support from the support team or Hal or Cheryl. I promise I will never sign up for a class again unless this is corrected immediately and I will share with my screenwriting group and anyone who asks how awful this experience has been so far.
I paid for two classes in Feb 2026. I was busy in the middle of purchasing a home and moving across country to have settled in, but after a month and change I cannot gain access to the two classes. Incidentally, my ability to sign in suddenly disappeared within 24 hours of using the same user id and password for the last 2 years. Did you guys change the protocol?
